Why "know Surrender" it is taken from a pamphlet I was given some years back and is a play on words. "No Surrender" is of course a well know phrase but to "know Surrender" that is to surrender your self to the Lord Jesus, the Christ is more than a well known phrase. It is the key to eternal life.
Know Surrender
Letters to the Churches: Ephesus and Smyrna
A transcript from the channel "BPFC," focuses on a biblical interpretation of the letters to the churches of Ephesus and Smyrna from the Book of Revelation. The speaker analyses the praise and admonishment given to these early Christian communities, particularly highlighting Ephesus's loss of its "first love" despite its doctrinal purity, and Smyrna's steadfast faith amidst severe tribulation and poverty. The presentation extends these ancient messages to contemporary individual believers, urging self-reflection on one's own faith, commitment to God, and love for others. The speaker contrasts the challenges faced by these ancient churches with the perceived complacency of modern Christianity, referencing historical figures like Polycarp and Gladys Aylward to illustrate profound devotion and sacrifice.
